Small Batch Gift Ideas

If you know you know, the Primal Supply butcher shops are always stocked with the best artisan pantry products from our favorite small food businesses. We’re excited to have some gift sets and limited edition products, perfect for this gift giving season.

Keepwell Vinegar
What sets Keepwell’s handcrafted vinegar apart is the quality of the ingredients they source as their foundation. In addition to their vinegar, miso, and other goods we love to carry, just in time for gift giving, we’ve got these really fun sample-size sets of vinegars and some rare, extra small batch fun from Isaiah and Sarah in their “SAUCY” box featuring 5oz bottles of soy sauce, white soy sauce, black walnut bay sauce, and worcestershire.

Enzo Olive Oil
Looking for a gift for the top shelf foodie in your life? We go way back with Vincent and the Riccuiti family and always have Enzo olive oil and balsamic vinegar on our shelves. But just in time for the holidays, fresh off the mill from the Fall 2022 harvest, we have the green-label olio nuovo made from the very first crush of Koroneiki olives. You’ll want to drizzle this on just about everything, but be sure to savor, this limited edition is only available each December!

Boonville Barn Collective
We love the small but mighty Boonville Barn chili peppers in every form, and could seriously put their classic Piment D’Ville on everything. Their comapeño chili salt is great for a spicy finish to any dish, and even better for your cocktail rim. Many of you have already joined the Boonville cult, and thanks to Krissy saving some of our favorites, you can now also find a very limited batch of just-harvested calabrian chili flakes and whole dried peppers on our shelves!

Millcreek Apiary
Honey isn’t just sweet to eat, raw honey is packed with antioxidants, enzymes, and other beneficial compounds that can help to nourish and protect the skin. Jason just just brought us lovely sample-size gift sets of Mill creek blueberry, cranberry, and wildflower honey, as well as a fresh batch of their beeswax skin creams. This luxurious cream is made with all-natural ingredients, including raw honey from the bees at Millcreek Honey Farm.

Vellum Soap Company
When it comes to sustainable skin care, Vellum is the best. Their tallow soaps and candles are handmade using traditional techniques and our 100% grassfed beef fat! And when Melissa rolled out her newest product, fat marshmallow “fluff” moisturizer, we couldn’t keep it in stock. Not only are these products beautiful for gifts, but they are also made from high-quality, natural ingredients that are environmentally friendly, and even the jars are recycled!
